DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for calling Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable

Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
Sound knowledge of Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement on the same

Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Manage & develop collaterals as required

You will be expected to project a professional company image through phone interaction services as per company standard to ensure that the Veetechnologies service maintains its world class and leading edge.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 5 subjects CXC or CSEC
• Minimum at least 1 to 2 years of prior experience in customer service, teller or Medical billing process.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the Internet.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent and articulate in English, Spanish, is an asset.
